Return Policy:

At Garment & Grace, it is our goal to provide our loyal customers with impeccable service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try to make it right!

Please carefully look over your order upon receiving it. If you think that you have received a defective item, contact us at shopgarmentandgrace@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the mishap for you.

    Please keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder, so you might check to see if it is there.

    • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.
    • If you purchased an item at a sale or discounted price, then it is FINAL SALE and is not eligible to be returned for any store credit.
    • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
    • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
    • Jewelry, hair accessories, hats, kid's toys, and hair bows are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Shoes must be returned in their original box.
    • Please include your original packing slip in the box for a return.
    • Shipping is non-refundable UNLESS there was a mistake made on our end.
    • Please give our team a little GRACE, and allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by our team.
    • Please allow 5-10 days for package transit when you are returning an item. That will ensure that we receive your package within the 21-day window
